Organizational Effectiveness

Our organizational effectiveness work focuses on assessing the challenges and effectiveness organizations encounter in achieving outcomes and accomplishing goals. We help determine an optimal organizational structure, a long with appropriate performance metrics and business processes.  Additionally, we recognize that organizational effectiveness is also dependent on the business’s people, skills, communication competences and embedded values.

Measuring organizational effectiveness can require a combination of financial and operational metrics together with what we refer to as proxy measures to represent effectiveness. Proxy measures used may include such things as number of people served, types and sizes of population segments served, and the demand within those segments for the services the organization supplies.
